Let’s talk about the health benefits of Roselle this Tuesday.
Roselle is part of the Hibiscus species. You may know of gumamela that is part of this species.
It is also called by many names like Hibiscus sabdariffa, rosella, sorrel, luoshen hua, and kakdeh.
Here is the list of the health benefits of roselle that I’ve collected online.

Drinking roselle tea may be able to help you shed some of those unwanted pounds.

I’m not that familiar with this plant from the hibiscus species compared to gumamela.
Although it’s mentioned that it has anti-inflammatory qualities, it’s not predominant. So I would pick the antioxidant contents of roselle as my favorite roselle health benefit.
