Noni is quite popular in recent years. But here are some names that you might have come across: Morinda Citrifolia, beach mulberry, cheese fruit, great morinda, and Indian mulberry.
These days, it’s the juice of the fruit is very popular. Noni juice!
Here is a list of the health benefits of noni that I’ve compiled.

This can soften your stool which can ease the strain in your intestines as you excrete them.
This is helpful for constipation or irritable bowel syndrome.

I haven’t had the chance to try Noni juice yet because it’s quite expensive here.
But if I would, this is because it outright says that it is helpful with gout.
