The leaves are both used for cooking and herbal teas.

Lemon ironbark is an effective analgesic with anti-inflammatory properties that can help relieve joint pain, muscle pain, and nerve pain.
This can help with arthritis and rheumatism symptoms.
4. May Be Good For Your Respiratory System
Lemon ironbark has been used for centuries to treat asthma, bronchitis, colds, sinusitis, and sore throats.
These are linked to the anti-inflammatory properties of this herb.

The majority of these were based on anecdotal claims and home remedies. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate additional scientific evidence for the herb’s benefits.
However, it appears to have pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties, which would be extremely beneficial for my arthritis.
For me, this is the best option on the list.
