Arjuna is a big tree with parts of it used for herbal or medicinal purposes. Other names for arjuna are Terminalia Arjuna, Arjun Tree, Thella Maddi, Kumbuk, Marudha Maram, Neer Maruthu, and Hole Matthi.

This is a list of the health benefits of arjuna.

1. Arjuna Has Antibacterial Qualities

Arjuna is said to be effective against certain types of bacterial infections.

In particular, the bark of the arjuna tree has significant antibacterial qualities that are effective against Staphylococcus epidermidis.
