There are a lot of health benefits from Aloe Vera and this is my take on it.

I’m not sure if it’s easily grown but we have lots of aloe vera plants around our garden. It would be nice if you can have your own aloe vera plants too.

As I see these plants in our garden, I thought of what are the health benefits you can get from aloe vera. Here is my list.

I would personally benefit from its use against arthritis but ever since I was young, my mother and grandmother would use aloe vera on their hair and scalp.

I can’t seem to consume them directly so I’ll most likely look for beverage products that contain aloe vera pulps or use aloe vera supplements.
